Fitness Boot Camps

On occasion Training Ground offers fitness boot camps to help people get a kick start on their fitness program or reach a common goal. Our boot camps are based on the disciplines of muay thai, plyometrics and calisthenics training. In our program you may participate in running, interval training, skipping, pad work, and many other exercises using weights and/or body weight to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and improve overall fitness.

All of our boot camps are designed to push you a little bit further than you would normally push yourself in the gym alone. Boot camps can be intense, but  everyone involved works at their own pace as they team up and work towards one goal, either in pairs, small teams of three or four, or even two teams head on. We promote camaraderie and collective support to help each participant reach their fitness goals.

Boot Camps are fun, engaging, fast moving, and effective. They work because they provide social support for those taking part. Should you join one of our fitness boot camps; the first day will be dedicated to fitness testing and then a retest at the end of the camp. Everyone who joins a Boot Camp and sticks with it will see marked improvements in strength, endurance and stamina.
