Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.
- 10 Diamond push ups (Thumb and index finger of both hands should touch and the diamond should be in the center of your sternum. Ensure that you touch the diamond to your chest)
- 10 Sit ups (Yes we are old school and asking you to do the full thing…)
- 20 Squats (Keep your toes straight and push your buttocks backwards…as if you were a rabbit taking a poop in the woods)
