- 15 BURPEES PUSH UPS, which means when you drop down you go into a push up
- 15 SQUATS sitting back on your heels making sure your knees don’t pass your toes
- 15 PUSH UPS ,your body should be straight when you drop your shoulders (palms and toes ) or knees and palms
- 15 DIPS bend at the elbows
- 15… CRUNCHES lift only your shoulders off the floor
- DO 3 SETS 1 MIN REST
