 VIDEO INCLUDED: Your fitness homework for the week starting on January 29th

  • Rapid Vertical Jumps 50 reps – 4 sets  (Choose a spot on the wall about 6 inches above the reach of your arms. Land silently)
  • Slalom Burpees 25 reps – 4 Sets
  • Side Lunges 20 Reps – 4 Sets
  • Deep Squats 20 Reps – 4 Sets (Should you have knee injuries, please adjust your depth to your physical capabilities)
  • Sphinx Pushups – 15 reps – 4 sets
  • Military Pushups to Failure 4 Sets
