 VIDEO INCLUDED: Your fitness homework for the week starting on February 4th

  • Squat Jumps 25 reps – 4 sets
  • Split leg lunges 25 reps – 4 sets (Count each time your left leg goes forward)
  • Dive bombers 10 reps – 4 sets 
  • V pushups 10 reps – 4 sets (Ensure to look behind you as if you wanted the top of your head to touch the floor…note that we said “AS IF…”)
  • Bootstrappers 20 reps – 4 sets (Reaching on the outside and then the inside of your knees is one count)
