  • Left leg over your right leg – touch your elbow to your knee – 20 Reps
  • Right leg over your left leg – touch your elbow to your knee – 20 Reps
  • Both knees up – touch your elbows to your knees – 20 Reps
  • Reach through your knees and touch your ankles – 20 Reps
  • Hip Raises – 20 Reps
  • Back Hyperextensions – lift your upper body from the floor – 20 Reps
  • Back Hyperextensions – lift your lower body from the floor – 20 Reps
  • Back Hyperextensions – lift your upper body from the floor – 20 Reps

2 sets in total AND a 2 Km Run in less than 13 minutes!
