Thanks to a Soccer game going on, we had to stay in one section and endure the stares of Slush sipping soccer fans wondering what we were doing. Alternating between double steps and singles, We started with 10 laps and rested about 3 minutes before starting the next lap at 9 laps, 8, 7, etc. The heat was intense and the entire workout took about 35 minutes.
