Today was an awesome workout at the Centennial Park Stadium stairs. Not only did we blast through the stairs but we hill the hill for a leg crushing cool down. It was great to see some new faces join us as well! You homework is to either duplicate our performance on the stairs any way that you can, or to work your own single step for 2 sets of 50 squat jumps.
