So LAST Wednesday Kru Brian had the bright idea to do a mid-day hill training run up the Chinguacousy hills on June 6th. Being a veteran of the Centennial hills in Toronto, he assumed that this would be a walk in the park. (Pun intended)…riiight. This was a quad shredding 30 minutes that left our legs quivering and struggling to get back to the car.
