VIDEO INCLUDED: Your fitness homework for the week starting on June 17th
After playing basketball for 3 and a half hours we remembered that we still had to build your homework for the week! Though your neighbors might look at you in an odd manner…who cares…they probably can’t see their toes anyway. Choose a 4 points on the ground, (more if you are courageous ’cause we STILL expect you to do your distance running), for you suicides and run between the longest points for your side shuffles. Remember to drop your bum as low as you can during the side shuffles to REALLY get the best out of your workout.

1 minute of suicides followed by 1 minute of side shuffles. We did this for 30 minutes…do your best and have fun with it!
