11:15 – Swing Variations (including the snatch)
12:00 – Workout (Breathing Ladders)
12:15 – Lunch
1:00pm – Cleans & Press and intro to double Kettlebell work
1:45pm – (Grinds) Squat & Renegade Rows
2:45pm – Break
3:00pm – Workout (incorporating KB complex specifically for Muay Thai)
3:30pm – Course Evaluations & QnA
