Semi-Private Training

 

By popular demand, Training Ground is pleased to also offer semi-private training. With group sizes ranging between 2 and 8 people, we understand that sometimes the most comfortable way to step outside of your comfort zone is with a friend! Your best friend, the guys from the team, a group of co-workers on a mission or even fellow neighbors looking to try something new. Semi-private sessions are a great way to experience something new while still achieving your goals. Your workouts with your trainer will be challenging, interesting and fun, making it easier for you to adopt or maintain a habit of fitness that will benefit you for life.

Whether your goals are to lose weight, improve your skills or just to get the additional motivation through the support of a personal trainer and friends; we offer services that can help you achieve those goals.
