<li> You agree to push the person male or female to your right harder than they have ever been pushed before with the expectation that the person to your left will do the same for you</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> Your cardio will be tested and your understanding of the basics will be reinforced to the point that it will become instinct</li>
<li> To be a Training Ground fighter, you understand that though you may be in the ring alone, your brothers and sisters who helped you to get there are relying on you to display the sum of their knowledge and not just your own<a href="http://www.training-ground.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/TrainingGround-17.jpeg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-305" title="TrainingGround-17" src="http://www.training-ground.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/TrainingGround-17-300x187.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="187" /></a></li>
<li> Your attitude must reflect the understanding that from our instructors to our new students on their first day, we are all and will always be students of Muay Thai and an ambassador to culture of Muay Thai and the Thai people.</li>

Through private sessions you will see your skills as a Nak Muay (Student of Muay Thai) improve rapidly, and you will develop a deeper understanding of the art.</p>
<p><strong>Boxing</strong></p>
<p>Whether you are an aspiring boxer or just looking to benefit from an intense workout, private sessions are a great way to maximize your boxing experience. Training in boxing continues to be recognized as a great way to increase fitness and control weight. Our workouts include a combination of various exercises from skipping, shadow boxing to circuit training, all of which work together to burn tons of calories.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On occasion Training Ground offers fitness boot camps to help people get a kick start on their fitness program or reach a common goal. Our boot camps are based on the disciplines of muay thai, plyometrics and calisthenics training. In our program you may participate in running, interval training, skipping, pad work, and many other exercises using weights and/or body weight to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and improve overall fitness.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.training-ground.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/TrainingGround-27.jpeg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-315" title="TrainingGround-27" src="http://www.training-ground.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/TrainingGround-27-300x187.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="187" /></a>All of our boot camps are designed to push you a little bit further than you would normally push yourself in the gym alone. Boot camps can be intense, but  everyone involved works at their own pace as they team up and work towards one goal, either in pairs, small teams of three or four, or even two teams head on. We promote camaraderie and collective support to help each participant reach their fitness goals.</p>
<p>Boot Camps are fun, engaging, fast moving, and effective. They work because they provide social support for those taking part. Should you join one of our fitness boot camps; the first day will be dedicated to fitness testing and then a retest at the end of the camp. Everyone who joins a Boot Camp and sticks with it will see marked improvements in strength, endurance and stamina.</p>
