<li> You agree to push the person male or female to your right harder than they have ever been pushed before with the expectation that the person to your left will do the same for you</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> Your cardio will be tested and your understanding of the basics will be reinforced to the point that it will become instinct</li>
<li> To be a Training Ground fighter, you understand that though you may be in the ring alone, your brothers and sisters who helped you to get there are relying on you to display the sum of their knowledge and not just your own<a href="http://www.training-ground.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/TrainingGround-17.jpeg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-305" title="TrainingGround-17" src="http://www.training-ground.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/TrainingGround-17-300x187.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="187" /></a></li>
<li> Your attitude must reflect the understanding that from our instructors to our new students on their first day, we are all and will always be students of Muay Thai and an ambassador to culture of Muay Thai and the Thai people.</li>
