Damian Schelborn, Head Personal Trainer

Damian Schelborn has a passion for fitness and an unparalleled commitment to helping his clients become fit and healthy; supportively pushing them beyond their self-imposed limitations. He believes in the power of a positive attitude, working smarter – not harder, and in the endless possibilities when you have the right support system in place to achieve your goals.

He is a qualified Personal Trainer, holding a professional certification from the National Endurance Sports Training Association (N.E.S.T.A.). Damian has been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years, developing his skills in calisthenics and plyometric techniques as well as weight training and cardiovascular conditioning. To stay connected to evolving theories and research in fitness, Damian dedicates himself to on-going learning through continued education programs, literature and a commitment to his own training regimes. His growing body of knowledge allows him to personalize each individual’s training program so they can obtain safe, long lasting, conclusive results.

Damian challenges himself by participating in local and regional competitions. Most recently, he successfully completed the IRON MAN CALISTHENIC COMPETITION (State of New York) in the Heavy Weight Category, finishing in first place. He was also featured in the October 2005 issue of the popular Muscle & Fitness Magazine for his upper body physique; an aspect of his physical structure that can be considered his trademark.

Damian has trained clients of all athletic backgrounds and fitness levels across North America. He is well sought after by those interested in building an incredible physique as well as those simply looking to achieve their goals of a healthy and fit lifestyle.
